Diet plans and lifestyle change plans are constantly evolving. You’ll find a new diet plan every week on social media and in celebrity magazines. Here, I don’t tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. To be honest, I don’t think one solution is right for all people. What I do want to do is understand what is out there and what the potential benefits and pitfalls each diet may have.

It can be overwhelming to sift through the information on each diet so I hope to provide a snapshot of each to make it easier to make an informed decision; plus, tips and tricks for sticking to healthy meal plans.
